Minutes from January’s meeting were approved
Treasurer’s Report:
We have $22,432.86 in Checking
On Feb 28th one savings CD will roll over.
Motion was made and passed to take $300 out before rolling it over to pay back costs.
There have been some theft issues at the school store.
Therefore new procedures have been put in place for making purchases i.e. single file line.
Kris Wescott sent an all school email to remind teachers about the recycling program.
The ink cartridge recycling bin has been placed in the computer lab.
We will wait until spring to fill the toy box on the playground with equipment.
Mrs. Eaton is looking for help with box tops counting.
Mrs. DesVergnes and Mrs. MacKenzie volunteered to help.
Thank you to Mrs. DesVergnes who took inventory and organized the PTC closet.
International night was agreed upon.
The book fair and international night will happen at the same time.
This worked well last year.
PTC voted down a spring fling dance this year.
Mr. Dudley said he would take a look at the blue slide on the playground to see if it can be fixed.
Mrs. Seely asked if the playground is ever inspected for safety by an outside organization.
There is an opening on the School Board for a Limerick resident.
Anyone interested should contact the school board for paperwork.
Our president, Samantha Waters, has decided this will be her last year as president.
She is making it known so that people can be thinking about whether they would like to take on such a position. She has done a wonderful job and would be a great person to shadow in the coming months!
